Data Deletion Instructions

You can permanently delete your HireTrades account and all associated personal data at any time. Choose any of the methods below:

Method 1 — In the app or website

1. Sign in to your account at hiretrades.uk or in the HireTrades app.
2. Go to Dashboard → Settings → Delete Account (or visit hiretrades.uk/delete-account).
3. Confirm the deletion. Your profile, posts, messages and personal data will be permanently removed.

Method 2 — By email

Email support@hiretrades.uk with the subject "Data Deletion Request" from the email address linked to your account. We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your profile, contact details, job posts, quotes, messages, reviews you wrote, uploaded photos/videos and login credentials. Records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons (e.g. invoices) are retained only as long as the law requires, then destroyed.

Facebook / Google / Apple login users

If you signed up via a social login, deleting your HireTrades account also removes the data we received from that provider. You can additionally revoke HireTrades' access from your Facebook, Google or Apple account settings.
